課程概述 |
台灣在1980年代末期開始的民主深化過程中，居民參與和地方分權的想法逐步挑戰傳統官僚主義的政府體制，其中尤以1994年以後的社區總體營造政策最受矚目，十多年的努力，似乎在政策推動上與學術研究上都面臨了難以突破的瓶頸。本課程有別於大學部課程著重於社區發展中的社區工作實務，而以學術角度引導研究生找出理論發展的可行途徑。因此，本課程介紹國內外社區營造的基本構想和現況案例，引導學生思考和研究問題的能力，進而增進學術知識貢獻。教學範圍和討論的內容重點如下：1) 社區意涵；2) 政府與治理；3) 私部門與非營利組織的角色；4) 社區知識能力的培養；5) 社區關係資源的的建構；6) 社區動員與共識形成的基礎；7) 永續的社區營造。 |

課程目標 |
本課程著重邏輯思維的訓練，透過文獻理論回顧、問題啟發、研究架構和實證操作的模擬過程，期能確定學生研究興趣及研究方向，作為進一步論文延伸之基礎。 |
|
課程要求 |
1. 除參考書目外，另隨堂進行最新期刊論文導讀及討論，導讀論文視為預習作業於一週前發出，必須上網限時繳交。
2. 以北部區域為主，獨立進行單一社區營造案例的研究，本課程得提供案例。
3. 參加一次校外教學及一次國際研討會，並繳交心得報告。
4. 期中文獻分析及研究架構發表。
5. 必須繳交正式論文格式的期末報告。
6. 期末研究成果發表。 |
